GMOs, also known as Genetically Modified Foods, are food which have been genetically modify so that it can be sprayed with a potent herbicide that kills everything around it without destroying the crop itself!

With GMOs, farmers now can plant tons of crops and spray the heck out of it because GMO crops are built to withstand pesticides. They are more heavily sprayed than non-GMO crops. Where will the poison goes? Into the plants > into the person/animals who/which consumes it!

Why GMOs is so bad to our health? When we eat these genetically modified crops, the altered genes in the food are then absorbed by the bacteria in our guts, which then changes out gut flora and setting up our intestinal microbiota to be resistant to antibiotics as a result!

Besides, GMOs tend to be more allergenic, anti-nutritional, carcinogenic & toxic, special dangers for your gastrointestinal tract, your endocrine system and your immune system. So, this is why we’re going to see more infertility, immune issues, and gastrointestinal changes.

In fact, animals that been fed with GMOs have been known to have bleeding stomachs, damaged organs, immune system problems, infertility problems, miscarriages, and premature births. Imagine, if this is what’s happening to them, what’s happening to us in long term consumption of GMOs?

So, it’s time to break free from the toxins in your food. Starting from knowing which kind of foods are GMO. If a non-organic packaged good has one of these ingredients listed below it could be GMO or genetically engineered.
