  • 2 scoops Virgin Diet All-In-One Shake Chai
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flax seed, ground
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
  • Dash allspice
  • Ice
