Yet, not to worry…The model-turned-baker #CrosbyTailor is disrupting the idea that #sweets need to be sinful with his line of healthy treats, alluringly called Eat Dessert Burn Fat!

Kombucha Slushy

Kombucha is a fermented, slightly sweetened, effervescent black or green tea drink that contains probiotics purported to promote a myriad of health benefits, such as aiding in digestion. You can find it bottled at most health food and traditional grocery stores.

Flavored kombucha
3 Tbs tocos
2 Tbs whey
1 Tbs colostrum
1 Tbs collagen protein
1 Tbs prebiotic powder
1 Tbs xylitol
1 Tbs Brain Octane oil
1 Tbs ghee (clarified, unsalted butter with the milk proteins removed.)
½ dropper vanilla stevia
Pinch pink salt

  • Pour flavored kombucha (ginger is delicious) into a standard ice-cube tray and freeze overnight.
  • Pour half of the ice cubes into a blender, add the remaining ingredients, then pour the rest of the cubes on top.
  • Blend.
  • Enjoy!

Serves 1-4.
