Try this refreshing anti-inflammatory fruit salad! You will never regret you do so…

Winter Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz of blackberries
  • 6 oz of strawberries
  • 6 oz of blueberries
  • 2 mandarins, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced thinly
  • 1 apple, diced

How-to:

  1. Slice and dice all ingredients, then mix them in a bowl.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes:
Variations: You can add any other fruits you’d like to, such as kiwis, pineapples, pears or oranges. Top with coconut flakes, hemp seeds, goji berries or any other superfoods to add an extra boost. Drizzle with honey for its powerful benefits. Sprinkle with cinnamon for its anti-inflammatory effects. The options are endless.
